Why isn't Bulleen more popular. See so few new townhouses for sale.
How come people aren't rushing to get into Bulleen? It's such a nice suburb and cheaper than Balwyn or Box Hill. Nice house proud neighbours and with North East Link coming it's really going to be more accessible than it already is.

I understand your question and believe as a little hidden gem, this is a suburb to watch! There are more and more townhouses coming up for sale now because developers and builders are starting to see the great value here too!
