Good morning!
That is a good question as majority of advertisements include furniture in the pictures. Normally if the house/apartment comes furnished it specifies this in the advertisement. If after reading an ad for a property you are interested in and you're still unsure I'd recommend giving the listing agent a call or email and ask the question just to be safe!
