What are the schools like in carramar? (carramar primary and joseph banks secondary)

We're trying to decide where to move - between Kinross, Joondalup and Carramar. We have 2 young children so the schools are a pretty big deciding factor. I've heard good things about all of the primary schools in each suburb, but not so much the high schools. Anyone know if there's a highschool planned for carramar? thanks!!
