Who are living in Chelsea nowadays, can you comment anything about it and how safe is the suburb?
Asking because around 1.5 years ago there was/I heard about an incident with a gang at the beach where they're robbing/hitting people.
I'm asking because I'm considering to move with my family to Chelsea (currently living in Cheltenham) so I just would like to know your opinion about it.

They ramped up the police presence on the beach and around the station after that happened and that sorted it out. The people causing the problems aren't locals, just kids coming in on the bus on hot days.
