Coomera Waters OR Hope Island?
My family is relocating to QLD early 2021 and my kids have enrolled in Coomera Anglican College.
We are looking to rent in either Coomera Waters or Hope Island as the family thinks the gated style living would give us the ability to meet new families and gain access to the facilities like pools and gyms? Thoughts on these areas and is there any other similar areas we could consider near CAC as there doesn't seem to be too many houses available at the moment. We are looking for a 4 bedroom house/villa up to $700 per week. Thank you.
