We lived here for 6 months until the lease ended. Unable to go out the back as the swamp aka river was a mosquito breading ground

Kids roaming the street all night every nigh. Owner occupiers are nice but renters bring down the whole neighbourhood

lovely neighbours and whisper quiet only bad side would be narrow streets.

This by far is the best street in Banora Point. Neighbours are all friendly and being a cul de sac means no through traffic. Many properties have view over the broadwater as well.

Worked in the area bit of a rabbit warren to find where you are going.
