Hi Kmcal, I will have a look on Rd data for you and post back. What number on dabchick? We sold number 7 in late 2013 and it was a great street from memory. You will do well to buy on that street. If you would like I can send you a report on prices in the street so you can get a feel for what price you should offer. Hi Redndotty,

Yes there are Homes West Houses thorughout East Cannington, as well as the greater area including Queens Park, Beckenham and Cannington.

It would really depend on the street and location, as they are spread through different streets. There are no longer clusters of them together so if you were thinking to buy or rent, all you would need to do is ask me - give me the street name, suburb and I will be able to let you know :)

Hi Cameron, looking at Dabchick Close to purchase, can you advise if there are a lot of Home West houses in that street or nearby?

Is 49 Discovery Drive Thornlie a homeswest home

Can you tell me is 9 Saturn Street Beckenham Homeswest? It was a Homeswest house but has since been demolished and 3 units have been put up.

Hi Kmcal, there's just two state housing commission sites within a 300m radius of the property, nothing on Dabchick though. Best of luck with your purchase.
