Nestled between the Greenmount headland in the north and Point Danger and the NSW border in the south, Rainbow Bay is reputedly one of Australia's most iconic coastal destinations. Eden Avenue is a a quite one way lane that runs the entire length of the bay is and one of only 6 roads in the entire village. Eden Avenue was originally overshadowed by its big brother Marine Parade (beach front) which is where most of the early high rise tourist accommodation is situated.
