How is Ferryden Park in terms of neighbours?

I remember being neighbours with the filipino family at the corner of sheldon street. They are always the loudest bunch of people in that area. Very rude too. There was one time I had to physically knock on their door to check what was going on as I thought I heard some screaming late in the evening. Scandalous!

I think the review above says it all. The neighbours are rude, selfish, and make a lot of noise and keep to themselves.
