Planning on building.

Hi guys, my partner and I are planning to build here in the near future. This is a weird question, but does it smell in Greenbank? We are in Redbank Plains at the moment and the smell here is horrendous, from the dump near by and a fertiliser facility. We would just like to know as its not pleasant. Also, what is the area like I'm general? Thanks.
