Who is buying in Heathmont?
Curious if recent buyers are young couples, young families or families with older kids? Or singles? Considering the suburb but would like to know who has recently bought into the area?

I have not sold a home in Heathmont for a few years now, however, when I was working for a company in Ringwood, Heathmont was a very popular area, and I believe it still is. Once people buy in there they stay. It has a great shopping centre and close to freeway facilities and schools.
