"great bay side living"
Lansvale area is going through a major shift in terms of home ownership,
young proffesionals and business people area buying in this bay side estate,
the area is quite cheap but it wont be long before prices will reach over the 700k for homes in this area,
where else can you buy waterfront property in Sydney for less then 600k and still have some money
