Why has Hunters hill come 248th best suburb ?
248th best sydney suburb sound like a bad rating , esp . for a suburb that's close to sydney CBD etc..

Where did this rating come from? Woolwich which is next to Hunters Hill is the 4th wealthiest Suburb in Sydney and Gladesville on the other side is rated 9th most popular, so do you believe these ratings and the source or can you make up your own conclusions from doing your own analysis.
