How long does it take to get into the city from Kedron during peak hour?

Hi,
My husband travels to Taringa during peak hour in the mornings and can take him up to 40 minutes (for some reason Tuesdays are the worst day for traffic!), with about 30 minutes just to the city. If he takes the tunnel, it cuts it back to 20-25minutes.
Coming back from Taringa often will take 30-40 mins.
He's gone with riding his bike into Taringa which takes him 40 minutes also but with exercise benefit.
Out of peak 10-15mins most of the time for us. Tunnel under 10mins.
