Stafford Street is cool, no issues in the day or night. The street is near to hospital so most of the people park here for the work. The parking is secure in day and night. Its clean street no rubbish lying on street.

Stafford St isn't too bad to be honest, the western side towards Penrith (across Parker St) is pretty good, the eastern side in Kingswood is where it starts to clean up a little. You may struggle with people parking in front of your place for access to the hospital from time to time but otherwise it's not like you'll need iron bars on your window or anything like that.
