Anyone know anything about Amarco Lane Kyabram, nothing seems to sell there. Is there a problem ?

Been looking to buy some nice houses in Amarco lane but some on the market for over 12 months and seems to be a lot for sale in that area just wondered if there was some problem out that way.
Would Tatura be a better area to buy ?

Why is Tatura better than Kyabram ?
