"Beautiful & Exclusive"

Nestled within the 'blue chip' suburb of Kingswood, Kyre Avenue is a quiet and leafy street situated approximately 5 kms from the Adelaide CBD. A much sought after location, Kyre Avenue is a short distance from exclusive shopping precincts and some of the State’s most prestigious schools. Complete with a number of gorgeous Villa style homes, the average house price in Kyre Avenue is well over $1.2 million. Kyre Avenue is noted as one of the best streets in one of the loveliest suburbs in Adelaide.

"City Street that feels like the Country."

Located just 6km from the middle of the Adelaide CBD is one of the best streets in Adelaide. The street is really quiet with a Culdersack at either end reducing traffic. Many schools are dotted through out this leafy suburb and Kyre Ave is close to the Mitcham Shopping Centre and Movie Theatre.

More shopping is also located near by on Unley and King William Roads and access to the South Eastern Freeway is just a short drive up Cross Road. The Eastern Culdersack on Kyre Ave backs onto the Urbrae Highschool paddocks and Wetlands and gives the street a real country feel.

Tennis, Cricket and Football are played on Kyre Avenue's oval and tennis courts as well.

Quite a brilliant street without the neighbouring suburbs $1m+ realestate prices.

Come and see it for yourself!!
