I think unit prices are steadily rising in Labrador although house prices are becoming higher and higher very quick in Labrador land prices are rising. Being close to Broadwater chirn park commonwealth games coming, any suberb near the new tram line is just going to go up and up Labrador is an up and coming Suberb it will boom how can it not its so close to surfers southport city and a beach side suburb with plenty to offer parks water seafood restaurants on the water. Best area around value for money for now.

I have been following prices on the Coast for a long time now. I think they are at their lowest now, with only one way to move.
With the Monorail, the Commonwealth Games and likely Cruise Terminal coming in the future, it will definitely push prices up sharply, starting in the very near future.

I Agree with Kerry, also being close to DFO and the upgrade of the Labrador shopping centre . Labrador will be a hot spot.
