Does no express train schedule affect significantly on commuting time to North Richmond station?

Me again - if you are looking to travel to North Richmond from an outer suburb then you can usually ad about 10-12 minutes to your commute. Hope this has answered both ways for you :)

Hello, No - not really as North Richmond is close to the City and you couldn't take an express train and get off there. Most of the Express trains along the Hurstbirdge line will stop at Jolimont and then again at Clifton Hill.
