Re-locating from QLD. Looking for a three bedroom home with secure single car parking. Or a one level modern style unit/ townhouse of the same size.

Hi Paul,
You could start looking now just to see whats out there although most properties will be available now or in a few weeks. You can set up an alert for Maidstone so you'll be notified via email when a new rental property is advertised. If you click on the 'alert' option you can select the suburb, amount of bed/bathrooms etc as well as a price range so you're only notified when something suitable comes up
