Hi. Looking at investing in the Metford/East Maitland area. Are there any streets to avoid?

Hey,
I couldn't 100% tell you of streets to avoid but I can definitely tell you that East Maitland is a better suburb then Metford. East Maitland is a newer area and closer to Greenhills and still close enough to the new hospital to attract new staff when the hospital opens
