What is Manly Road like? Would it be a good street to live on? How busy does the road get?

I live on Manly Road. It depends which end you live on. I wouldn't live on the 4-lane part. I live further up closer to Manly on the two lane road and it's fine.
I guess you just need to see what it's like getting in and out of the driveway and if possible get a house on a corner block - this would allow you to build a new driveway on a less busy street.
