"Grammar Park the place to be"
This is a great street amongst other quality streets is a great estate, Mellor place is mainly owner occuped homes and they even have a Christmas street party every year where most people get involved.
Just by driving around this estate and in particular this street you will see how well kept the homes are. With recored sales prices of between the low $400,000 right up to $700,000 this estate is a constant performer and is a regarded as one of the best Estates in Ipswich.
