I just moved to Adelaide and I bought a house in Mitchell Park, is it a right decision?

I am a new imgrant and I have lived in Sydney for more than one year, now I moved to Adelaide, I found the property price here is MUCH MUCH cheaper than Sydney, I want to buy a house in Mictchell Park, considering of price, is it a good suburb to live?
