Quiet living
For sometime we've been pestered by noisy neighbours and random parties in our houses. We have just begun the building process in Mt Pleasant , Reynolds Road. Does anyone have any experience of what we should expect? Are the people friendly, respectful? Is it a quiet place?

With all suburbs, there is always a potential issue with noisy neighbours, especially if you live next to an older rental property where it has a higher chance to be rented out to the wrong type of people for the area due to the lower rental costs.
Otherwise, Mt Pleasant is generally a quiet suburb with family and older people who generally live there.
