With North Epping, Norfolk is the only rd in/out, would there be heavy traffic in the peak hours?

Yes. And because it is so straight (and narrow) there are a number of idiots who use it as a speedway (>80km/h) especially late night, very early morning. Also the buses speed and they are all stinky diesel.
