how hard is it to get a rental in West or North Orange right now?

Disgusting. Homes going for over $490 with no ceiling fans, air con or heating. Fussy real estate agents that refuse your application for whatever reasons. I moved here near a year ago, work full time hours, references and good rental history keep being refused homes, single mother. I regret moving here. Not very welcoming to people trying g to start over!

Rentals are not difficult to find but you have to be prepared to pay the high price bracket. Simple 3 bedroom units are going for $400-$500pw.
