Hi,
The southern most section of Park Holme closest to Oakland's Road is most commonly referred to as being the most desirable part of Park Holme. It is closest to the Marion Swimming Centre, the Coles shopping centre and the Park Holme Tennis Club. In saying this though Park Holme in general is a great location, over the past 10 years there has been a tremendous amount of development in the area. Having helped many people move into and out of the area, I personally have certainly noticed the areas progression over the last decade. It is close to the beach and not far from the city. Park Holme in general is a great spot!
