choosing a suburb for small family near perth cbd or surrounding areas that are near a beach
hey all my family are relocating to perth next year partners job will mainly be in the cbd of perth we are a family of two young kids and are having trouble choosing an area that would fir us .having most amenities at our doorstep would be amazing.there are mixed views i have read online about moving near city beach and the other beaches along there ,does anyone have recommendations for housing that is near amenities and a beach that suits a small family .thankyou

Claremont, Nedlands and Dalkeith are both excellent family areas within close proximity to the best schools both public and private. Shenton Park is also extremely popular.

Some great family friendly suburbs within 15 to 20 minutes of CBD close to the beach....Cottesloe, Floreat, Swanbourne, City Beach, Scarborough.
