"Nice place to live, a stones throw from public transport, parks and a school."
In the south of Marrickville, Premier st is about a 5 minute walk from either Marrickville or tempe train station and 2 minute walk from a 423 bus stop. A few odd people on the street but most residents are kind families sending their kids to Ferncourt public school (on premier st). At the bottom of Premier st is Mackey park which has recently been refurbished and is home to the Marrickville Red Devils. It's reasonably close to local restaurants but you can always catch a bus, train or drive to Newtown for better diner spots. Is also only a 10 minute drive from the airport whilst avoiding loud and annoying planes.Also close to the CBD about 10-15 minute drive but would be just as easy to hop a bus or train in the same amount of time. A fine place to live for people of any age.
