Travel time from Taringa to Redcliffe?

Hey everyone,
I have a question regarding my daily commute to work. My partner and I are thinking about moving to Redcliffe in December. I work in Taringa so I am wanting to know how long everyone thinks it would take me to drive there in the morning and afternoon? I start work at 8:30 so I am wondering if I would miss any peak hour traffic? Also what route you would recommend?

Here' s the truth. It will take you over 1.5 hours leaving at 7 a.m and cost 26 in tolls. Don't take my word for it. Do a dummy drive yourself and you'll see what I'm talking about. You can avoid Legacy Way or the tunnels, try both ways and let me know how you go as I like being wrong

I travel to Toowong and it takes me about 50mins on the M1 (with tolls) If I go Sandgate road and inner city bypass it takes me 55 mins. And yes you get a lot of traffic both ways at that time of morning but it is usually flowing okay.
