Newer apartments in Rivervale

Curious to hear from anyone either currently/previously living in any of the newer apartment complexes along Rowe Avenue or Hawksburn Road in Rivervale. Basically looking for the kind of information that a real estate agent WON'T tell me. Such as, what are the strata manager/s like, what is the build quality of the units, any structural defects or water ingress issues, are the units soundproof/noisy, etc? Looking at buying a unit in this area or possibly the Spring View Towers on Homelea Court.
