"Brilliant place between Cooma and Jindabyne"
I have had three units in this complex and all rented well.
I had excellent tenants and no drama with any .
For an investment you cant go wrong, the units are well buildt and solid, also solar passive and located in a quiet spot. Its 15 minutes to Cooma and 20 to Jindabyne.
For those who would like to reside in this complex, its perfect. The outlook is over the neighboring farmland.
All this for the same price as a real bad 2 bed unit in Canberra or sydney you get a near new lovely property that you will feel great about living in.
Close to mountains and lakes, an hour to the beach and just over an hour to Canberra.
