"Rosa Court, Happy Valley - Out of sight and simply perfect"
Located on the southern side of Bishops Hill Road, Rosa Court is a small quiet tree lined opportunity for those seeking a home with a nice outlook. There are only 6 properties in the Court, and all feature some sort of view back across to the Happy Valley/Woodcroft hillface.
Rosa Court is serviced by Bishops Hill Road - which continues to Chandlers Hills Road, which at times can be busy, but any time outside peak hour, Rosa Court is a very quiet proposition. Major bus routes can be accessed just metres away, and the well stocked and serviced Happy Valley Shopping Centre is a small walk away on Kenihans Road.
In addition to the Shops, BWS, McDonalds, Dental Care offices and a Mitre 10 are also very close and handy. This is a great address, with beautiful well established homes.....blink and you'll miss it!
