Is it easy to catch a bus from Rossmoyne to the city?

Yes, it would be quite easy given that Rossmoyne is minutes from the freeway and close to Leach Hwy. The Bull Creek station is just up the road and there are plenty of buses leaving from there as well. You'd just need to check your timing but it would probably take only 15-20 minutes on a direct route.
