ADSL1/ADSL2+ are no good if you are 4k away from the local exchange. Most in the area which is 4k away uses DOCSIS 3.0 cable connection. This connection is faster and reliable than any internet connection in the area. Read more about this DOCSIS in the whirlpool forum.
