Can someone please let me know the good side of Seaford?

It looks like a great spot but I haven't lived in Melbourne for years and there is usually good streets and not so great streets. Any names of good streets would be appreciated! Will most likely be looking for work in education (teaching or coaching) so any names of schools would be great too!
