Is Dale St a reasonably safe area or not?

Hi yes and no. We lived on dale street for a while on a corner block. If you can avoid living on a corner cause your exposed on 2 sides. The worst thing that happened to us was almost every night at 3 am some guys would walk past the house whistling most probably seeing who had a dog which was annoying to be honest I think they were just being wankers more than anythin g. We ended up moving to a quiet street in South an to be honest it was the worst thing we ever did cause we found living on Dale street people and cars are always going past your house no one stays around there long but on quiet streets if you have bad neighbours they just hang around in the street all the time causing trouble. So to answer your question. It is safe but if you can don't live in a corner, have a dog, don't leave anything out the front or it will get stolen we wished we never moved from there.
