"Access to Cobbler Recreational Park"

With Cobbler Recreational Park at one end and a reserve at the other; this street is ideal for the kids. With plenty of extra off street parking it caters for all those guest's also. Mostly made up of 3 bedroom Villa's to the bigger 4 bedroom family homes. Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre and fast food/restaurant outlets a short stroll or drive away.

Since 1993 there has been 21 Sales.
