Which is the best street in Tamborine?

Define 'the best street'? There are many factors to consider when looking for the 'Best' street however, growing up in the area and watching the growth, Leach Rd/Palamino/Stringybark,Vonda Youngman are all good streets. Riemore Estate is also a highly sought after estate which very friendly and welcoming.

This is a highly contested question and obviously there is quite a lot of bias in peoples opinions. However I can give you an idea of what buyers think when looking to purchase on the mountain.
The eastern end of Alpine Terrace is very popular as it is a picturesque street lined with rainforest.
Cliff Way & Palm Grove Avenue are highly sort after in Olde Eagle Heights due to their central location and more often than not some great views of the Gold Coast.
On the Southern end of the mountain Benowa Street is popular as it is a no through road in a very quiet spot and the street is filled with acreage properties.
Paradise Dr in Eagle Heights is also a favourite primarily for the views as a lot of the properties on this street have magnificent views.
My personnel favourite is Wongawallan Rd in Olde Eagle Heights why? Because I live there (told you there was some bias) Lol
