Are there many young families that live in Thompson Beach?

There is a school bus pick up at Thompson beach. The age groups are roughly 0-19, 21%;20-39, 22%;40-59, 39%; 60 plus around 20%.
Development is still in early stages,in the beginning mainly older people moved there, but now younger families are moving there. I think one child was actually born at Thompson beach recently,
