"Close to Centre of Town"
Melton is a central area close to the High Street shops and bus terminal. It is made up predominately of older properties on good sized blocks.
Great for
- Cost of Living.
- Great Public Transport
- Local facilities to suit all needs.
- Resale Value.
- Large blocks affordable prices
Not great for
- Melton Hwy would benefit from road works.

Melton South
"Great for Investors or first home buyers"
Melton South is a cheaper and older part of the Melton area and it hasnt got the best reputation, but it has a lot going for it also. It has excellent schools and public transport. The housing is cheap and the rental return is good so this makes it great value if you are looking for an investment property.

- Trains run usually within about 5 mins of timetable
