"Sydney most down to earth beach side town"
Beautiful place to live and plenty to do, see, eat and drink here!
Great for coastal walks but can be crazy busy in summer and parking can be tricky but would love to be able to move back someday when I win the lotto!

"Lovely quiet suburb"
Moved here from Coogee and cannot say a bad thing about the place. We knew it would be quiet and that’s good. People are nice and streets are clean. Plenty of parks, one of the highest rate of parkland per population in fact.
Plenty of sports facilities close by, close to train station at East Hills and M5.
Yes there is congestion but find me a suburb that doesn’t.
