"Perfect Padstow"
A village atmosphere shopping centre where shop keepers still know a lot of customers on a first name basis!!!, Padstow offers a variety of restaurants, cafe's, banks, medical centre's and virtually all local services are available.
This originally was a very traditional working class suburb that has transformed itself and continues to be an excellent location to raise a family, live a life and enjoy everything that comes with it.
Located within 30 minutes of Sydney CBD ( outside of peak ) the peninsular suburb is surrounded by the Georges River, National & Local Park's, a combination of Primary schools with direct access to Menai, Bankstown, Liverpool and the St George Districts.
Great for
- Georges River
- Variety Of Housing
- Village style shopping centre

"Revesby south through to Picnic Point"
Running from the southern side of Revesby Workers Club all the way up to a no through road cul de sac ( national park ) Kennedy street combines a variation of traditional fibro cottages with ultra modern designer homes. Over the years virtually all of the dilapidated older homes have been bulldozed and this has become a rather picturesque environment.
Services include multiple bus stops, local mixed business shops, hairdresser, chemist, restaurant & Picnic Point High School.
The police do enforce the speed limit in this location so its seldom to see someone speeding significantly.
Great for young family's & city workers because it is still within walk to Revesby Urban Village and Railway Station. The locations is becoming more popular all the time. ~ Darren Musgrave

"Number 1 Location."
Having Sold more homes than any other Agent working in this Brilliant location, I've-no hesitation confirming this is the Number 1 street in the district.
If you are lucky about once a year a home will be listed here & about every 2nd or 3rd year it will be a Waterfront.
As reviewed previously the homes on the South side are direct absolute Waterfonts, Burbank Ave Picnic Point also shares a sister location Burbank Avenue East Hills with fewer homes yet slightly bigger waterfront blocks.
Originally the Land Lots were a continuation of blocks stretching down from Henry Lawson Drive, although in the late 1970's a sub-division was put through creating the Districts most prestigious location.
All but a handful are Owner Occupied & a short drive through this quiet No Through Road setting will help you appreciate the quality & beauty of this magnficent environment.
For Details on any local homes call you agent Darren Musgrave from Chambers Fleming Professionals 041-041-1111.
Homes on the North side ( non waterfront ) start from about 600k ranging up to 1m in value & the cheapest waterfront I have Sold was Number 23 in 2007 for $ 1.4mil. extending to a current value of up to around 2-Mil.

"So Close To Everything !"
Located just around the corner from the shops Parmal Ave is a real hidden Gem.
Only a few minutes walk to Padstow Shops, Cafe's & Railway station.
A quiet No Through Road, the Avenue starts at the end of Ryan Rd & finishes in a Cul De Sac at Davies Rd.
In 15 years as a local agent I have only seen a handful of propertys come up for sale making it one of the most tightly held locations in the district.
The majority of homes are established Fibro Tile Residences plus one well built Villa complex down towards the Cul De Sac end.
A number of Original owners still live in Parmal Ave making it a really nice place to live.

"From Parklands to Factory's."
Gibson Ave stretches about 2.3 kilometers in length.
At one end, the suburban end, you have the roundabout, RTA & Playford Park.
The other ends at Canterbury Road.
Driving along once you past the M5, it becomes more of an Industrial setting with a few mixed homes.
The pick of the residential propertys would be directly opposite the Park although also up towards the top of the hill there are some great sized blocks as well.
The local bus runs along this Avenue every 30 mins & its a pretty easy walk up to the railway station.

"True Penninsula Living"
Think Birchgrove or Balmain at about 1/5th of the cost. This long quiet No through Road is a great place to call home.
Streching from Henry Lawson Drive - down to the river, Villiers rd consists of a mixed variety of homes and landmarks, the most visable is the "Water Tower" indicating that you have reached this destination.
Homes on Villiers Road range in value from about 500k right up to 2MIL for the super exclusive waterfronts down the river end.
The local 427 Bus runs down to Padstow shopping centre & Bankstown every 30 mins.
A great set of local shops including 2 x mixed business, plus an award winning Hairdresser & Beautician set the scene for local needs.
A real hidden Gem in my opinion.

"Possibly Padstow's Number 1 Street !"
Set only 1 minute from Padstow Shops & Railway Station, this location offers all the benefits of Perfect Suburban living.
With block ranging from 550m2 - 635m2 in size, a number of Stunning new executive styled homes have been built & the older established homes are generally well maintained.
Properties in this street seldom come on the market, in my experience about 1 per year, when they are listed interest is generally very strong & for that reason they always achieve a top price.
Leafy, quiet & also close to Padstow Park Primary school great setting is hard to fault.

"Middle Of Popular Padstow South Side"
Set perfectly between Padstow Central & Padstow Heights, Chamberlain Rd Padstow South is a highly sought environment.
There are 2 significant sides of Chamberlain Rd, divided by Alma Rd, the Winsor Rd Side gets limited traffic, whilst the Clancy St side does develop passing traffic during peak hour & at school drop off / pick up times ) due to both St Therese Primary & Padstow Hts Public being located in this section.
There is a "No Right Turn" sign to Passing traffic during peak hours & the Local Police do monitor this the ensure the rule is followed.
Alot of the older homes along Chamberlain Rd have been knocked down & now the majority are either well established older property's or new.
Chamberlain Rd is a brisk 15 min walk to Padstow Railway Station & approx 12 mins to shopping centre.
