Lived in Homebush for 6 months up until recently, which resulted in me running away screaming and now waking up in the middle of the night with nightmares that I’d have to go back.
People just throw their rubbish all over the place here with zero respect for the neighbourhood.
The council seems to have mostly given up on the suburb with broken footpaths and roads.
Take a walk down Parramatta road to see the high volume of abandoned retail space.
All the new residential developments won’t help the area as it’s just adding to an already overpopulated hell hole and will restrict parking even further.
