Narrabeen

"North Narrabeen - Paradise"

North Narrabeen has the untouched feel of paradise about it. Little pockets of houses that are tucked away and still has allot of the old beach holiday cottages which is great to see. One side is the ocean and the other side is Narrabeen Lake which when the tides runs in you jump at the ocean end and float around. Just magical and so clean on the run in tide.

Beautiful headland walks through the bush and most days you come across no one.

Shops, hospitals, are all close with some great restaurants. CBD is 25 kms and Manly is 15 min drive. Forget the car on the northern beaches, grab your bike and get healthy. Government buses run often into the city and in peak hour is every 5 to 10 mins. But they are government buses and can be expensive.

Love this place. It can get very busy during school holidays with the caravan park which is fully booked each year with the same familiar faces.
