i have lived all in so many area in sydney but Berala was the best.

only short drive to bankstown cbd , freeways/highways
surrounded by schools , stations and golf course.

it is centred around everything lively but it is dead set quiet/ peaceful area in itself , a place in particular you can raise a family and stroll the streets with your family and happily live untill retirement.

perfect place for a family.

We are lucky we bought a solid house with good parcel of land for a decent price many years ago.
This area has skyrocketed and will certainly continue to climb.

The area seems to be going through a redevelopment phase. Many new estates and house & land packages being built within close proximity.

the local shops have everything you need with 2 of the major shopping centres less then 8 minutes drive away.
This is an awesome suburb to raise a family with many recreational facilities and good schools.

This is a tucked away area and should not be overlooked!

You can still find a nice house on decent block for an affordable price but i have noticed in the last year they are snatched up pretty quick usually within 2 weeks of advertisement.

the area is surrounded by everything - literally 2 mins drive to major health facilities, shopping centres, childcare centres , leisure centres and the best schools.
A very multicultural suburb.
the fairfield markets is a gathering for peaople from all over sydney great place to walk to when you have nothing to do on a saturday.

A safe area to walk around and with nice homes in the surroundings.
a great place to live.
