St Vincent Place North
"Great family environment"
The street is a great locations for families to live with a 7 minute walk to the beach, directly opposite a fantastic childrens playground with tennis courts, rose garden and fields to play on. The street down the road is very village like with great cafes and restaurants with a broad variety of food options available and their is very easy access to the city so Albert Park is very central but a great place for families.

How often would you say that you use St Vincent Gardnes? I was driving past on the weekend, actually after reading your review, and I was thinking how big some of the houses were. And then i was thinking that the houses are big because somewhere at some point people liked the park. But I was wondering if people actually in St Vincent Place use the park much at all, or is it mostly from people in the surrounding streets?
