The neighbours here are some of the best in the WORLD. Everyone here is so welcoming, always inviting each other to hang out. When we first moved in, I initially had my doubts, but quickly realised that we had hit the lottery with this street! The neighbourhood is filled with various families (eg. retirees, young families, families with older children). It is such a clean suburb, and Apsley Bend emphasises only that. It is very close to Castledene park which makes it great for kids, you can always see early risers jogging near the park haha. I would 10/10 recommend Apsley Bend xx

Living in Perth for almost a decade, I have lived in suburbs like Bullcreek, Burns Beach, Joondalup, Tapping, Currambine and Carramar. Let me just say one thing-Tapping has by far been the best one! Tapping is particularly GREAT for young families as it has such good schools nearby, lots of shops and is very close to the bustling Joondalup. Tapping is close to lots of parks, and you can see many young people waking up early to go for a little morning jog. The neighbours in Tapping are so kind and accomading, always giving a "hi" when we pass each other. Everyone I know has a special place in their heart for Tapping, it is THAT great. The only downside I will say would be the lack of public transport, as the only routes that really pass through here is the 390 and the sometimes the 391 (if it feels like it).
