Is there any restriction on parking on Waitara Avenue?

There are a couple of 1 hour parking spaces next to the Leagues Club driveway on the left but once past the Club it is all unmetered. On the oval side of the road, all cars must park with the rear to the gutter, as sign posted. The coucil rangers patrol Waitara Ave daily to book cars parked incorrectly.
